What gutters cost in Tulsa
Tulsa pricing built around the houses we actually see: a 1,600 sq ft midtown ranch, a two-story in Broken Arrow, a hip-roofed custom in Jenks. Typical ranges for 2026, not a quote. Call for a written number on your house.
Start with your house, not the per-foot number
Every gutter ad in Tulsa leads with a per-foot price, which tells you nothing until you know how many feet your house has, and that depends on roof shape more than square footage. Three houses cover most of the metro:

Those totals assume .032 aluminum, hidden hangers, 3x4 downspouts, extensions and haul-away. The rate behind them is $9–$13 a foot for 5-inch and $12–$15 for 6-inch: no coastal premium, no big-city labor premium, plain Oklahoma pricing.
The ranch is cheap because it is a rectangle with four corners and a low roof. The Jenks house costs the most per foot because every inside corner is a hand-cut miter. If a contractor quotes both at the same rate, one of them is being overcharged.
The other materials
- Half-round aluminum, mostly on Maple Ridge and Swan Lake homes that want the period look: $14–$20 a foot.
- Copper, a few a year in Midtown and Southern Hills: $35–$55 a foot, quoted per house.
- Galvanized steel: we do not install it. It rusts at the seams within ten years here, and it is what we replace in east Tulsa.

Repair pricing
Priced per problem, and the same problems recur on Tulsa houses:

Most repair visits combine two or three lines and land between $300 and $600. Past $800 on a 25-year-old system we stop and talk about replacement instead. The gutter repair page walks through each job.
Guards and cleaning
In Tulsa the mesh has to handle pecan husks and oak tassels, which rules out the cheapest options on many lots:
- Aluminum screen: $5–$9 per foot. Fine under maples, useless under pecans.
- Stainless micro-mesh: $10–$18 per foot. The one we recommend for most Tulsa yards.
- Reverse-curve: $18–$30 per foot. Sheds leaves, struggles in a two-inch-an-hour storm.

Gutter cleaning is $120–$200 for a single story and $180–$300 for two, flat price per house. If we find a repair, the cleaning fee comes off it.
Hail: same price, different payer
After an April or May hailstorm the gutters are replaced at the same per-foot rate. What changes is that roof and gutters go on one insurance claim, and your cost is the wind and hail deductible, commonly 1–2% of dwelling coverage on Oklahoma policies. A $300,000 house at 1% means $3,000 out of pocket for a roof-and-gutter job that would otherwise run $15,000 or more. The hail damage page covers the documentation.
What moves a Tulsa quote up or down
- Corners. The biggest variable in this metro; each inside corner is 20 minutes and a sealed joint.
- Second story. Adds 15–25%.
- Fascia. On midtown and Ranch Acres houses we find soft fascia behind a corner about half the time, and we check from the ladder before quoting.
- Six-inch gutter. About 20% more than five-inch; worth it on any roof plane over 1,000 sq ft or below a valley.
- Access. Steep lots by Gilcrease Hills, dense landscaping in Southern Hills, fences the ladder cannot clear.
- Color. Common trim colors are on the truck; odd colors mean ordering coil.
Reading the quote you get
Line items or it is not a quote: metal thickness (.032, not .027), hanger type and spacing, downspout size and count, fascia per foot, guards per foot, haul-away. Free, in writing, good for 30 days. What the price per foot buys breaks down each line.
The cheapest of three quotes is usually .027 metal on spikes with 2x3 downspouts, which is what the builder hung in 1998 and why you are getting quotes now. Any gutter estimate Tulsa contractors offer should survive that question.

The catch is the separate wind and hail deductible, usually 1–2% of dwelling coverage, applied once to the whole claim. That is why gutters get filed with the roof rather than on their own.
